The incumbent should have, Hands on experience in Python for Data Engineering and delivering projects in Data related projects using different AWS technologies like S3, Lambda, DynamoDB, RDS Postgres SQL, Step Functions, Kinesis, Docker & K8S. Working knowledge of AWS environment (S3, CLI, Lambda, RDS Postgres SQL) The incumbent would be responsible to understand & develop Data Flows for Contact Centres based on Amazon Connect using Python, Lambda, S3, Kinesis, Postgres SQL . S/he would work towards creating a positive and innovation friendly environment. Programming: Python, SQL (Intermediate),boto3, AWS SDK Design and develop Data Flows using AWS Lambda, S3, Kinesis, Postgres SQL. Experience on Amazon Connect to build Call Center Contact Flows will be an added advantage. Accountability Core Responsibility Strong experience in delivering projects in using Python. Exposure of working in Global environment and have delivered at-least 1-2 projects on Python. Delivery collaboration & coordination with multiple business partners. Must have good experience in leading projects. Good to have Industry knowledge of the Insurance industry with proven experience across multiple clients Implemented the developed methodology on Cloud, using AWS services like S3, Lambda, SQS, SNS, RDS Postgres SQL, DynamoDB. Good to have Call Center experience using Amazon Connect to build Contact Flows (IVR Flows) will be an added advantage.
