Key Responsibilities
1. Solve Operational Challenges: Work with global teams to find creative solutions for customers across our software catalog2. Customer Deployments: Plan, provision, and configure enterprise-level solutions for customers on a global scale.3. Monitoring and Troubleshooting: Monitor customer environments to proactively identify and resolve issues while providing support for incidents.4. Automation: Leverage and maintain automation pipelines to handle all stages of the software lifecycle.5. Documentation: Write and maintain documentation for processes, configurations, and procedures.
Qualifications
1.BS degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or an E&P-related field2.Domain knowledge in E&P areas such as Geology, Geophysics, Well, or Production data is desirable.3.Knowledge and experience with Database technologies (RDBMS,nosql), Software languages (Java, Python, NodeJS, Angular), Cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure), Cloud Managed Services (RDS, Messaging, Serverless Computing, blob storage), Provisioning (Terraform Helm), and Containerization (Docker)4.Knowledge in the E&P Domain (Well, Seismic, Production data types)5.Strong communication and collaboration skills.6.Customer-driven and result-oriented focus.7.Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.8.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
