Job Description

Overview

Build and train Amazon Lex bots, create conversational intents, and integrate with AWS Lambda for backend ServiceNow processing

Responsibilities

Design, build, and train Lex bots with intents, slots, and utterances
Configure Lex for dynamic product selection, technical inquiries, and conversational routing
Develop AWS Lambda functions for ServiceNow integration (Authentication , product lookup, case verification)
Implement fallback/error handling for unrecognized utterances
Ensure Lex bot meets performance, accuracy, and compliance standards
Analyze Lex conversation logs and implement continuous improvements to the bot's accuracy

Requirements

Strong experience with
Amazon Lex
(
V2
is preferred) and its core concepts (intents, slots, prompts, aliases)
Proficiency in
AWS Lambda
(Python/Node js)
Experience with
REST APIs
and in integrating Lambda with external APIs, particularly for real-time lookups
Familiarity with
ServiceNow APIs
preferred
Understanding of NLP concepts and training data preparation
