Job Description

***We are looking for an Immediate Joiner for our Bangalore Office**

Role & responsibilities

12+ years
in IT infrastructure, DevOps, or reliability engineering roles, with
3+ years
in architecture or leadership positions.
Proven experience in assessing operational maturity and implementing SRE practices in complex, large-scale environments.
Experience in MLOps/AIOPs is added advantage

Expertise in:
Cloud platforms (AWS) and hybrid infrastructure.
Experience with at least two of Monitoring/observability tools (Appdynamics, LogRocket, , Datadog, New Relic, Splunk, ELK).
CI/CD platforms (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps).
Working knowledge of GIT or any source control, and DevOps practices and understanding of application development
Exposure and experience in automation & configuration management (Terraform, Ansible, Puppet, Chef).
Incident management tools (ServiceNow).
Strong understanding of SLI/SLO/Error Budget frameworks.
Should be able to collaborate with engineering, operations, product, and leadership teams to build consensus
Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
