AWS DevOps Engineer Internship

As an Executive & DevOps Assistant at URE Legal Advocates, you will play a crucial role in providing executive/legal support while managing DevOps & AI-driven infrastructure. Your responsibilities will include: Role Overview: At URE Legal Advocates, we are focused on leveraging technology to provide innovative LegalTech and PR-Tech solutions. As an Executive & DevOps Assistant, you will support the founder in day-to-day operations, legal research, partner reporting, and ensuring the seamless functioning of technical infrastructure. Key Responsibilities: - Organize the founder's calendar, meetings, and travel logistics. - Draft essential documents, manage confidential correspondence, and ensure timely follow-ups. - Record and draft Minutes of Meeting (MoM), maintain accurate notes, circulate actionable items, and track follow-ups. - Oversee onboarding and orientation of new hires and interns, team engagement. - Manage daily operations including timesheets, milestones, leave records, and performance tracking. - Prepare structured progress reports and business updates for partners and clients. - Set up and manage Dockerized environments, Kubernetes clusters, and CI/CD pipelines. - Optimize deployments on VPS servers, AWS, GCP, or DigitalOcean. - Manage version control workflows with GitHub & GitLab. - Deploy and maintain Next.js (frontend), Node/Express (backend), and Electron (desktop apps). - Ensure scalability, uptime, and performance monitoring. - Build and deploy agentic AI pipelines for legal-tech and PR-tech applications. - Implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems with embeddings and vector DBs. - Support integration of AI APIs into SaaS platforms. - Maintain server security, access control, and backup systems. - Monitor application and infra performance using Grafana, Prometheus. Qualifications Required: - Background in executive/legal operations and/or DevOps & infra management. - Proficiency in Docker, Kubernetes, Next.js, Node/Express, Electron, GitHub/GitLab, AI APIs. - Strong organizational skills to manage confidential workflows and scalable infrastructure. - Willingness to experiment with agentic AI and RAG-based AI systems. - Ability to collaborate effectively across legal, PR, and technical teams.
