Analyze and assess source databases SQL Server DB2 Oracle PostgreSQL for structure volume and complexity
Design and implement robust data migration and consolidation strategies
Develop and optimize ETL pipelines using tools like SSIS Talend or custom scripts
Ensure data integrity consistency and quality throughout the migration lifecycle
Collaborate with DBAs application teams and business stakeholders to validate migrated data
Perform performance tuning and indexing on the target MS SQL Server
Document migration processes data mappings and validation procedures
Provide postmigration support and troubleshooting
