Walk-In Drive Data Engineer (2-5 Years, Azure & AWS)

About the Role

Data Engineers

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and optimize scalable ETL/ELT workflows using
Azure Data Factory, AWS Glue
, or similar tools.
Build and maintain data integration solutions between on-premises and cloud systems.
Work with data storage and warehousing solutions such as
Azure Data Lake, Blob Storage, AWS S3, Azure Synapse Analytics, Amazon Redshift
.
Implement data transformation, cleansing, and aggregation workflows.
Monitor and optimize pipeline performance and costs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Data Scientists, Analysts, Engineers).
Automate deployments with
Terraform, ARM Templates, or AWS CloudFormation
.
Ensure data security, governance, and compliance best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience:
2–4 years in Data Engineering.
Hands-on expertise in
Azure & AWS cloud services
.
Strong knowledge of
Python, SQL
(Scala/Java is a plus).
Experience with
Azure Data Factory, Synapse, AWS Glue, Lambda
.
Familiarity with
SQL & NoSQL databases
(SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Cosmos DB, DynamoDB).
Exposure to
Databricks, Spark, Hadoop
(preferred).
Proficient in
Git, Azure Monitor, AWS CloudWatch
.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Certifications:
Azure Data Engineer Associate / AWS Data Analytics / AWS Solutions Architect
.
Exposure to
Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines
.
Knowledge of BI tools:
Power BI, Tableau, QuickSight
.
