Role Overview: As an AWS DaaS Subject Matter Expert (SME) at TCS, your primary responsibility will be leading cloud migrations or implementations in a complex multi-account environment. You will be tasked with setting up, configuring, managing, and troubleshooting AWS AppStream 2.0 and Workspaces environments for application streaming and desktop virtualization. Your role will also involve implementing security controls, such as encryption and multi-factor authentication, for AWS AppStream and Workspaces. It is crucial to have a deep understanding of key AWS services and be familiar with DevOps principles and serverless architectures. Additionally, designing and implementing the AWS Well Architecture Framework for best practices will be a key aspect of your role. You will also play a significant role in ensuring data integrity, monitoring and optimizing performance, implementing CI/CD pipelines, leading architectural reviews, and driving troubleshooting efforts. Key Responsibilities: - Experience leading cloud migrations or implementations in a complex multi-account environment - Set up, configure, manage, and troubleshoot AWS AppStream 2.0 and Workspaces environments - Implement security controls such as encryption, access controls, and multi-factor authentication - Experienced with AWS WAF rules implementation - Familiarity with DevOps principles, containerization, and serverless architectures - Design and implement AWS Well Architecture Framework - Ensure data integrity with backup procedures and disaster recovery planning - Monitor and optimize the performance of AWS AppStream and Workspaces instances - Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines - Ability to lead architectural reviews and navigate ambiguity in designing solutions - Experienced with AWS blueprints and images - Automate infrastructure management and implement continuous monitoring solutions - Administer and support Windows and Linux desktops - Identify, diagnose, and resolve Windows based desktop vulnerabilities - Work collaboratively with other IT team members - Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all IT systems and services - Train users on software and promote IT policies and procedures Qualifications Required: - 4+ years of experience in a similar role - Excellent problem-solving skills - Strong oral and written communication skills Role Overview: As an AWS DaaS Subject Matter Expert (SME) at TCS, your primary responsibility will be leading cloud migrations or implementations in a complex multi-account environment.
