This is to replace Mexico resource with 2x India resources. The replacement resource will be part of 24x7 rotation with rest of the team. **About The Role ::** Provide technical support and troubleshooting for AWS cloud infrastructure, addressing incidents, and resolving issues promptly to ensure system availability and performance. Implement and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions using Terraform, CloudFormation to automate and manage AWS resources efficiently. Design, build, and manage deployment pipelines using tools such as Azure DevOps, Octopus Deploy, Jenkins, etc., to enable continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes. AWS automation using AWS System Manager, Lambda functions for operational efficiency. Configure and manage Windows and Linux systems using configuration management tools such as Ansible, Chef, Puppet, etc., ensuring consistency, reliability, and scalability across AWS environments. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement best practices for AWS cloud infrastructure provisioning, deployment, monitoring, and optimization. Develop and implement cost-effective strategies for AWS cloud resource management, budgeting, and optimization, leveraging FinOps principles to drive cost savings and efficiency. Monitor AWS cloud infrastructure performance, conduct root cause analysis for incidents, and implement proactive measures to prevent recurrence. Participate in on-call rotations and contribute to incident response and resolution efforts as needed. **Qualifications:** Proven experience as an AWS Cloud Support Engineer with expertise in DevOps, SRE, and FinOps practices. Strong proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform for AWS. Experience designing and managing deployment pipelines using Azure DevOps, Octopus Deploy, Jenkins, or similar tools. Hands-on experience with configuration management tools such as Ansible, Chef, Puppet, etc., for Windows and Linux environments on AWS. Solid understanding of AWS cloud computing principles, services, and best practices. Shell Scripting, Python, Powershell would be a plus Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
