AVP/ VP - Real Estate Sales

Role Overview: You will be responsible for managing a team of Team Managers and Advisors to advise clients on investing in various residential properties. Your role will involve meeting prospective customers, understanding their real estate needs, providing personalized solutions, arranging site visits, negotiating deals, and ensuring smooth after-sales service. Additionally, you will be required to monitor real estate market trends, prepare status reports on deals, and work towards achieving targets as per the business plan. Key Responsibilities: - Manage Team Managers and Advisors to effectively advise clients on residential property investments - Meet with prospective customers to understand their real estate requirements - Provide personalized solutions and arrange site visits for customers - Accompany customers during site visits and assist in negotiation and deal closure - Collaborate with the internal CRM team to ensure seamless after-sales service - Monitor real estate market trends and prepare status reports on ongoing deals using CRM/ERP - Work towards achieving targets as per the business plan Qualifications Required: - Strong relationship building skills with an ability to network effectively - Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and team members - High energy levels and a strong commitment to achieving results Please note: Only candidates with prior experience in real estate are encouraged to apply for this role.,
