About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to lead our Employer Branding initiatives on the Naukri platform.

This is a strategic role where you will own and scale a fast-growing business that helps employers promote their brand contextually, enabling them to reach their target candidate pool more effectively and faster.

You will be responsible for building products from scratch, engaging directly with clients to understand their needs, and collaborating cross-functionally to deliver innovative, scalable solutions.

As part of this, you will work closely with our Data Science team to assess feasibility and deliver AI-backed products that combine cutting-edge technology with strong business outcomes. Prior exposure to the AdTech ecosystem will be a strong add-on, giving you an edge in creating contextual and high-impact branding solutions

Qualifications

 MBA from a Tier-1 B-School – IIM A/B/C or ISB

 5–9 years of product management experience in a technology-driven environment.

 Strong experience in stakeholder management across multiple teams.

 Proven ability to translate customer needs into product features and deliver measurable impact.

 Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

 Experience working with Data Science teams to conceptualize, validate, and deliver AI-backed products.

 Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for building products from scratch.

 Experience in AdTech / digital advertising platforms is a strong plus
