AVP Privacy Advisor

In this role, you will oversee the management of the Data Privacy Office relationship to ensure the fulfillment of their duties. Your responsibilities will include providing guidance and advice on data privacy matters, escalating issues to the Data Protection Officer (DPO) when necessary, and promoting the Data Privacy Policy and standards throughout the organization. You will serve as a subject matter expert on privacy-related queries, particularly in complex consulting and high-risk activities. Additionally, you will evaluate enterprise and information architecture to ensure compliance with privacy by design principles, collaborate effectively with teams and suppliers, utilize regulatory knowledge to identify and escalate issues promptly, and offer guidance on privacy laws such as the EU GDPR & UK DPA to your team. You will also support the development of tools like OneTrust and provide management information on Privacy Control deliverables to the Privacy Senior Manager.
