Job Description

As the Head of Inside Sales Manager for the US Geography at NetCom Learning, your role will involve managing teams of sales development representatives and sales representatives to ensure customer satisfaction, lead generation, account management, and overall sales activities within the assigned US geography. Your responsibilities will include: - Building and managing teams of sales development reps & sales reps. - Helping the team achieve their quotas through direct sales enrollment and appointment conversations. - Assisting the team in achieving their Key Result Areas (KRAs) by sourcing new sales opportunities through lead follow-up, outbound cold calls, and emails. - Working with existing reps and resources to optimize their potential. - Hiring, training, and developing new reps to achieve sales and appointment goals. - Setting and managing processes by effectively working on the KRAs either individually or in coordination with various stakeholders. - Creating and managing campaigns effectively to deliver the desired outcomes within agreed deadlines. - Using data to analyze and optimize campaign performance, collaborating with various divisions to execute the campaign strategy. - Monitoring, auditing, and analyzing to find ways to optimize performance. - Becoming well-versed with products to handle escalated calls and second voice talk-offs. - Maintaining headcount, managing performance, and addressing attrition. - Learning and demonstrating a good understanding to be a counterpart for the Inside Sales Head. - Being instrumental in managing the sales funnel via appointment generation. Requirements: - Minimum 5 years of US sales/Inside sales experience in the US market. - Team management experience for about 6-10 years, including handling a team of 15+ senior reps. - Experience in Campaign Planning & Strategy. - Excellent communication skills with no Mother Tongue Influence (MTI). - Background in Education Training, SAAS, other cloud-based services, or Top BPO.
