Enterprise Excellence (EE) is a vital group within the Chief Operating Office (COO) organization at Citi. EE focuses on enhancing transparency, empowering Operations and Functions to streamline processes, and driving organizational evolution through continuous improvement and simplification. The team is dedicated to defining, deploying, and ensuring alignment with a firm-wide framework that reduces operational risk, standardizes workforce optimization, and enhances process health. As an Enterprise Excellence Sr. Tech Quality Assurance Analyst at level C12, you will play a key role in establishing and implementing Quality processes within the organization. Your primary objective will be to contribute to performance improvement activities by providing measurement, evaluation, and assessment services related to application & data Quality and data production. You will be a strategic professional with expertise in automation designing, deployment, and management of systems supporting cutting-edge technologies, ensuring compliance and governance for the EE Tech. To excel in this role, you must possess excellent communication skills to effectively negotiate internally, collaborate with senior stakeholders, and guide your colleagues towards achieving common goals. Your responsibilities will include participating in testing projects, managing and supporting testing projects, driving automation approaches for various types of testing, ensuring timely delivery of projects, and maintaining strong client relationships to uphold the quality of service provided by Citi. As a successful candidate, you should have over 8 years of experience in the field, with deep expertise in automation tools such as Selenium, BDD, TestNG, and Cucumber, along with a good understanding of Java/Python concepts. You should be capable of working independently, providing innovative automation suggestions, creating quality test plans and cases, and executing test scripts for various stages of software development projects. Moreover, you should have a solid command of SQL queries, experience in functional test automation frameworks, and familiarity with tools like JIRA Testing and defect management. Ideally, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, engineering, or a related discipline, while a Master's degree would be preferred. Relevant certifications in Selenium and other automation tools will be considered an added advantage.
