AVP - DOT Net Application

As the AVP, Application Development, you will be responsible for overseeing software development of all current customer engagement technology offerings such as LOS, LMS, Customer Service, Self-service, and Mobile APP. Your role will involve providing thought leadership to the development group, setting the technical direction and strategies for supporting the business. Collaboration with various business teams is essential to understand and inform business strategy and establish an IT roadmap, ensuring quality and on-time delivery. Strong impact and influencing skills, as well as executive presence, are key in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Hands-on experience in Development, Design, Delivery, and Production Support of DOT NET Applications. - Familiarity with the ASP.NET framework, SQL Server, and design/architectural patterns like Model-View-Controller (MVC). - Knowledge of .NET languages such as C#, Visual Basic .NET, and HTML5/CSS3. - Familiarity with architecture styles/APIs like REST, RPC. - Provide overall technology leadership for Service agile program and cross-functional delivery skills. - Set scope and delivery expectations with business partners and internal customers. - Interface with corporate and business unit leaders to communicate application delivery strategies/plans. - Remove obstacles, close gaps, manage risks, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with impeccable quality. - Work closely with the Portfolio team and IT Leadership teams to refine corporate technology strategies. - Ensure high-quality talent, bench strength, and succession planning through recruiting, training, and retaining IT professional staff. - Provide leadership to the quality team and drive quality initiatives within design and development phases. Desired Candidate Profile: - Total Experience: Min 14+ years. - Hands-on Experience in DOT Net Application Development. - Experience of building and managing Agile teams. - Executive leadership experience. - Strong understanding of hardware, networking, and cloud solutions. - Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related field, or relevant work experience.,
