AVP - DC Automation

As a candidate for the position, you will be responsible for the following key responsibilities: **Role Overview:** You will play a crucial role in defining the system architecture and design for automation systems. This includes PLC/DDC network hierarchy, OT LAN segmentation, redundancy logic, and IO lists. You will also be required to develop control sequence logic for power and cooling systems, configure PLCs, and ensure interoperability via various protocols. **Key Responsibilities:** - Define and document the overall control architecture, including PLC/DDC network hierarchy and supervisory levels, OT LAN segmentation, VLAN design, and IP plan. - Develop IO lists, control philosophy documents, and functional design specifications (FDS). - Author control sequence logic for power and cooling systems, and configure PLCs, DDCs, and SCADA servers. - Develop FAT/SAT scripts for validation of control logic and execute alarm and trend validation. - Define the OT framework for automation systems, including network segregation, firewall policies, and compliance with cybersecurity frameworks. - Create O&M procedures for BMS / SCADA systems, including change management, alarm rationalization, and data historian configuration. - Collaborate with design and operations teams to tune PID loops, integrate AI models, and support digital twin deployment. **Qualifications Required:** - Good understanding of automation system architecture and design principles. - Experience in developing control logic for power and cooling systems. - Proficiency in configuring PLCs, DDCs, and SCADA servers. - Knowledge of cybersecurity governance and compliance frameworks. - Ability to create O&M procedures and develop automation analytics dashboards. In addition to the above, you are expected to deliver various control system documents, test protocols, and security policies as part of your responsibilities.,
