AVP - Data Center Automation

As a Control Systems Engineer, you will be responsible for the following tasks: Role Overview: You will be involved in defining and documenting the overall control architecture, developing control sequence logic, commissioning & validation, operations enablement, continuous optimization, and OT & Cybersecurity Governance. Key Responsibilities: - Define and document the overall control architecture, including PLC/DDC network hierarchy, OT LAN segmentation, and redundancy logic. - Develop IO lists, control philosophy documents, and functional design specifications. - Author control sequence logic for power and cooling systems, configure PLCs, DDCs, and SCADA servers. - Develop FAT/SAT scripts for validation and oversee integration testing with other platforms. - Create O&M procedures for BMS/SCADA systems, including change management and data historian configuration. - Collaborate with design and operations teams to tune PID loops, integrate AI models, and support digital twin deployment. - Define the OT framework for automation systems, including network segregation, firewall policies, and compliance with cybersecurity frameworks. Qualifications Required: - Good understanding of power systems, cooling systems, PLCs, DDCs, and SCADA servers. - Experience in developing control sequence logic and commissioning automation systems. - Knowledge of interoperability protocols such as BACnet/IP, Modbus TCP/IP, OPC-UA, and MQTT brokers. - Ability to create O&M procedures, develop automation analytics dashboards, and optimize control setpoints. - Familiarity with cybersecurity governance and compliance frameworks like IEC 62443.
