Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Drafting, negotiating and finalizing various service agreements, risk and revenue sharing arrangements, shared services agreements, NDAs, marketing agreements, IT and technology contracts, LOIs and documents for various business functions;
Preparing authority letters, power of attorneys, legal notice replies, managing strategic litigations;
Standardizing, drafting, negotiating and finalizing product documents and legal advisory for various businesses;
Drafting, negotiating and finalizing various loan and security documents for all businesses;
Co-ordinate with external lawyers on various mandates;
Preparing and documenting various legal policies and process notes and implementing the same;
Identifying existing legal risk framework within the organization and suggesting mitigants;
Updating the stamp duty grid for all products on a Pan India basis;

Ensure the company's compliance with evolving legal frameworks across urban, rural, digital and housing business segments.

Preferred candidate profile

Minimum- 7+ years of experience, with at least 5 years in a role within a financial institution, or a law firm. Diversity Hiring
