Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Own the Campaign & Engagement charter across multiple business lines to ensure consistent and impactful user communication.
Lead a team of Growth Leads, aligning their strategies with overall growth objectives.
Conceptualize, plan, and execute multi-channel customer journeys across app, web, WhatsApp, email, and push notifications.
Establish and optimize marketing automation workflows for activation, retention, upsell, and cross-sell.
Analyze campaign performance using SQL and BI tools to identify opportunities and drive continuous improvement.
Collaborate with Product, Data, and Tech teams to create personalized, event-driven, and real-time engagement campaigns.
Set governance for frequency capping, targeting rules, and communication hygiene across channels.
Evaluate and onboard new tools or platforms to improve campaign efficiency and impact.
Present insights, trends, and business impact of engagement initiatives to leadership regularly.
