AVP C12 Credit Card Pricing and Rewards Reengineering Analyst

As a part of the Analytics and Information Management (AIM) team at Citi, you will play a crucial role in providing reporting and business insights support to the North America Consumer bank. Your responsibilities will include: - Driving multiple projects involving large and complex data sets for analysis/validation using relevant programming tools such as SQL, SAS, SAS Macro, and optionally Python, Pyspark - Utilizing your expertise in credit card business financials like P&L items to come up with financial estimates based on macro-economic and historical trends - Partnering with stakeholders to drive tangible outcomes and propose solutions based on strategic priorities - Continuously improving processes and strategies by exploring new data sources, tools, and capabilities - Demonstrating great storytelling and influencing skills Qualifications required for this role: - Degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, operations research, or other quantitative field with strong relevant industry experience - 7-10 years of relevant experience - Advanced process management skills with strong organizational and detail-oriented abilities - Ability to mentor and guide analysts towards complex projects with specific financial outcomes - Excellent understanding of statistics and probabilities - Good communication, stakeholder management, and team skills - Experience in working on Credit Cards and Retail Banking products is a plus - Control-oriented and risk awareness In addition to the above responsibilities and qualifications, it is important for you to possess a love for data, eagerness for new challenges, and problem-solving skills.
