AVP - Business Development/Appraisal

You will be responsible for driving business development and loan origination for wholesale lending. This includes performing financial analysis and modelling to evaluate investment and lending opportunities. Additionally, you will handle project financing and appraisals, ensuring sound credit assessment. Conducting credit risk analysis, credit appraisals, and managing deal closures efficiently will also be part of your duties. Your role will involve coordinating and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. You will also be analyzing financial statements to assess the health and viability of borrowers. It is essential to demonstrate proven experience in term lending across sectors such as real estate, hospitality, manufacturing, NBFCs, and related industries.
