Role Overview: As the Client Services Team Lead, Corporate Actions at Citi, you will play a crucial role in leading and managing a team of client service professionals dedicated to the complex and time-sensitive domain of corporate actions within Asset Services. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the accurate and timely communication and processing of corporate action events for clients, driving operational excellence, and fostering a high-performance team culture. Key Responsibilities: - Lead, mentor, and develop a team of client service specialists focused on corporate actions. - Conduct regular performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and identify training opportunities. - Manage team workload, allocate resources effectively, and ensure adherence to deadlines and SLAs. - Serve as a primary point of escalation for complex client inquiries related to corporate actions. - Build and maintain strong relationships with key institutional clients, guiding them through election processes. - Develop and optimize client service processes specific to corporate actions to enhance efficiency and compliance. - Contribute to the strategic planning and goal-setting for the corporate actions client services function. Qualifications: - Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field. Master's degree or relevant certifications preferred. - Experience: Minimum of 10 years in asset servicing or corporate actions operations, with 3-5 years in a leadership role. - Skills: Strong leadership and team development skills, deep understanding of corporate actions, client-centric communication, analytical abilities, operational acumen, technical proficiency, regulatory awareness, and adaptability.
