AVP - Application Architect (AI/ML)

Role Overview: You will support the Hive Tech Lead on Technology strategy, roadmap, and execution, as well as the Chief Product Owner & Hive Tech Lead on analysis for planning, budgeting, and QPR reporting. Your deliverables will play a significant role in achieving the organization's strategic goals. You will collaborate with stakeholders to identify the most suitable solutions to meet business needs and promote engineering craftsmanship while focusing on delivering business value. Your responsibilities will include ensuring technical delivery and excellence across the squads. Key Responsibilities: - Work across multiple squads or hives for the delivery of complex Features, Epics & Releases. - Act as the point of escalation for delivery issues across all impacted hives and squads. - Collaborate with Change Delivery Manager (Release Manager) to develop delivery and release plans with technical dependencies, aligning all partners and receiving support from the team and architect. - Demonstrate a passion for client experience with a user-first mindset. - Drive the domain towards the future state of banking and technology. - Ensure technical solutions in the Hive align with business architecture, technology architecture, and enterprise technology standards. - Analyze existing engineering processes and contribute to improvements to enhance efficiencies, presenting ideas across other areas and fostering innovation. - Identify, eliminate, or mitigate dependencies across teams to enhance delivery speed and quality. - Prepare production outputs and plan them in alignment with ESDLC standards. - Engage in Vendor Data Management by reviewing data handling practices from vendors to ensure compliance with data protection regulations and best practices defined by Standard Chartered bank.
