Role Overview: As an AVP/Senior Director - AI Delivery at Firstsource Solutions Limited, you will be a seasoned leader with over 20 years of experience, responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of AI-driven solutions across the organization. Your role will involve heading part of the AI practice/Platform portfolio and driving P&L in alignment with the organization's goals. You will lead a diverse, cross-functional team of AI/ML engineers, data scientists, AI Architects, and developers to design, deploy, and optimize intelligent systems, ensuring high performance, scalability, and operational excellence. Your focus will be on delivering high-quality AI solutions at scale while driving innovation and maintaining a strategic vision for AI and automation initiatives. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct new AI Tech research - Publish periodic AI research papers for Tech Folks - Publish periodic Market Facing AI Research papers - Experiment with new AI tech - Help democratize new AI tech to the large data science community - Demonstrate strong team management and stakeholder engagement skills - Utilize program management skills for team & delivery management, stakeholder and financial management - Apply technical expertise in AI/ML technologies, including Generative AI, Agent frameworks, Semantic Search, OCR, and Intelligent Automation - Lead AI/ML model development, deployment, and optimization using frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn - Utilize expertise in statistical analysis, machine learning algorithms, and model validation - Demonstrate proficiency with cloud services, Python for AI/ML, DevOps tools, AI frameworks, and data management (SQL/NoSQL/GraphDB) Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Electronics Communication, or other branches of engineering with proven skills through past experience/projects - Over 20 years of experience in AI/ML technologies, with a strong foundation in cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud AI/ML services (Note: Additional details about the company were not provided in the Job Description),
