Avionics Engineer

As an Electronics Engineer at our company, your responsibilities will include: - Architecting, designing, and developing space and radiation-tolerant and highly reliable electronics - Bringing up, debugging, and validating boards and modules - Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to solve challenging problems and develop innovative solutions - Planning and running environmental tests such as EMI/EMC, TVAC, and Vibration - Generating fab/assembly packages and providing feedback on DFM/DFA - Analyzing digital avionics subcomponents, conducting trade studies, and managing vendor procurement To qualify for this role, you should meet the following requirements: - Minimum of 1+ years of hands-on PCB designing experience - Proficiency in Altium/KiCad with strong library and rule/constraint management - Solid understanding of SI/PI fundamentals - Experience in designing reliable hardware for mission-critical systems Preferred qualifications for this position include: - Experience with high-speed interfaces like Ethernet, LVDS, SpaceWire, and MIPI - Exposure to space/harsh-environment basics such as FMECA, derating, WCA, and outgassing - Basic knowledge of Python for test automation and data logging - Working experience with EMI/EMC, TVAC, and vibration vendors - Familiarity with configuration control and ECOs In addition to these job responsibilities and qualifications, our company offers competitive compensation, including ESOPs, role-based workplace flexibility, annual vacations, professional mental wellness services, and health insurance coverage.,
