Aviation Trainer

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct classroom and practical training sessions in aviation-related modules (grooming, safety, cabin crew, etc.)
• Prepare training materials as per aviation industry standards
• Train students on industry expectations, customer service, and communication skills
• Assess student performance through tests, evaluations, and feedback sessions
• Maintain discipline and foster a professional learning environment
• Coordinate with the academic and placement team for student development

Qualifications:

• Graduate with aviation or hospitality background
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in training or aviation (

  cabin crew/ground staff)

• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Energetic, presentable, and passionate about teaching
