AVEVA MES Engineer / Specialist

We are currently seeking a skilled AVEVA MES Engineer/Specialist to join our team due to the ongoing success of securing large-scale projects for 2025. In this role, you will be responsible for various tasks related to AVEVA MES and System Platform solutions, including installation, upgrade, design, configuration, deployment, and maintenance of MES workflows, data models, and reports for real-time production monitoring. Additionally, you will be involved in integrating MES with SCADA, PLCs, and ERP systems, implementing traceability, work order execution, and production tracking, as well as developing custom scripts for MES automation. Key Responsibilities: - Install & Upgrade AVEVA MES & System Platform solutions - Design, configure, and deploy AVEVA MES solutions - Develop and maintain MES workflows, data models, and reports - Integrate MES with SCADA, PLCs, and ERP systems - Implement traceability, work order execution, and production tracking - Develop custom scripts for MES automation - Design operator and Supervisor interfaces for MES - Provide technical support and troubleshooting for MES applications - Work with cross-functional teams to optimize manufacturing processes - Conduct user training and documentation for MES system usage - Ensure MES system security, compliance, and performance optimization Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Industrial Automation, or related field - 5-8 years of experience in MES implementation, preferably AVEVA MES - Experience in Food & Beverage or Life Sciences industries - Team management and customer-facing experience - Proficiency in AVEVA System Platform, Enterprise Integrator, and Skelta Workflow - Strong knowledge of ISA-95 MES architecture and manufacturing operations - SQL expertise and experience with .NET, JavaScript, XML, JSON - Knowledge of OPC UA/DA, industrial protocols, and ERP-MES integration Join PM Group, an employee-owned company that values inclusion, diversity, and sustainability.
