We are currently seeking a skilled AVEVA MES Engineer/Specialist to join our team due to the ongoing success of securing large-scale projects for 2025. In this role, you will be responsible for various tasks related to AVEVA MES and System Platform solutions, including installation, upgrade, design, configuration, deployment, and maintenance of MES workflows, data models, and reports for real-time production monitoring. Additionally, you will be involved in integrating MES with SCADA, PLCs, and ERP systems, implementing traceability, work order execution, and production tracking, as well as developing custom scripts for MES automation. Key Responsibilities: - Install & Upgrade AVEVA MES & System Platform solutions - Design, configure, and deploy AVEVA MES solutions - Develop and maintain MES workflows, data models, and reports - Integrate MES with SCADA, PLCs, and ERP systems - Implement traceability, work order execution, and production tracking - Develop custom scripts for MES automation - Design operator and Supervisor interfaces for MES - Provide technical support and troubleshooting for MES applications - Work with cross-functional teams to optimize manufacturing processes - Conduct user training and documentation for MES system usage - Ensure MES system security, compliance, and performance optimization Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Industrial Automation, or related field - 5-8 years of experience in MES implementation, preferably AVEVA MES - Experience in Food & Beverage or Life Sciences industries - Team management and customer-facing experience - Proficiency in AVEVA System Platform, Enterprise Integrator, and Skelta Workflow - Strong knowledge of ISA-95 MES architecture and manufacturing operations - SQL expertise and experience with .NET, JavaScript, XML, JSON - Knowledge of OPC UA/DA, industrial protocols, and ERP-MES integration Join PM Group, an employee-owned company that values inclusion, diversity, and sustainability. Key skills required include proficiency in AVEVA System Platform OMI and Intouch, experience in SCADA systems design and development, in-depth knowledge of industrial automation concepts, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Nice-to-have skills include experience in AVEVA MES, PLC programming (e.g., Allen Bradley, Siemens), SQL Server, and .NET programming. The ideal candidate should have 4 to 9 years of experience and possess technical expertise in AVEVA System Platform, specializing in application development architecture and system design for industrial automation projects. They should also excel in designing and developing OMI applications, visualizing and analyzing plant data, and working with AVEVA Historian and InTouch. Additionally, the candidate should have experience in developing and maintaining SCADA applications, integrating PLCs and devices using various industrial protocols, and optimizing automated systems for industrial applications. Certifications such as AVEVA Application Server, AVEVA Intouch for System Platform, and AVEVA Historian Server are preferred. A minimum of 2 AVEVA System Platform and OMI Project implementation experience is also desired. Preferred skills include expertise in Energy - Oil & Gas, IOT, Aveva Engineering, and Aveva PDMS in the domain of PDM/PLM.,
