AvePoint Fly Migration Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and manage AvePoint Fly for M365 tenant migration.
• Establish and validate source/destination connections, permissions, and mappings.
• Plan and execute migrations for Exchange Online mail, calendar, and OneDrive files.
• Monitor migration jobs, resolve errors, and provide progress reporting.
• Collaborate with internal M365 engineers to ensure prerequisites and environment Readiness.
• Document migration steps, outcomes, and any required remediation.

Qualification:

• Hands-on experience with AvePoint Fly (or similar M365 migration tools).
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, OneDrive, Azure AD).
• Familiarity with tenant-to-tenant migration challenges (identity, throttling, permissions).
• Ability to troubleshoot migration issues and coordinate with technical teams.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• The project requires an AvePoint Engineer that will use AvePoint Fly to migrate content from one M365 tenant to another. This person will receive direction from an U.S.-based M365 engineer. The migrations will be done in eleven waves so the person may need to work weekends to support.
