Ensure vehicle is well-maintained, clean, and fuelled at all times. Conduct regular checks on vehicle condition, report any issues promptly. Follow traffic rules and maintain a safe driving record. Schedule & Time Management: Plan routes to ensure timely arrival, accounting for traffic conditions. Maintain flexibility for unscheduled trips or last-minute changes. Professionalism & Confidentiality: Maintain utmost confidentiality regarding the MD’s schedule, conversations, and personal matters. Demonstrate courteous and professional behavior at all times. Qualifications & Skills: Valid driving license with a clean record. Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a personal or corporate driver, preferably for senior executives. Good knowledge of local and regional routes. Ability to maintain discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism. Strong time management and organizational skills. Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge is preferred. Working Hours: Full-time, with flexibility for early mornings, late evenings, or occasional overnight trips as per MD’s schedule. Reporting & Performance: Directly report to the MD. Performance will be evaluated on punctuality, safety, reliability, discretion, and service quality.
