Your role will involve facilitating the creation and distribution of periodic reports for both external and internal customers. You will be responsible for preparing and reviewing workpapers for state audits as requested by state regulators. Additionally, you will manage the reconciliation of items that deviate from expected results and oversee customer reporting setup and changes, including online access. Effective collaboration with administrative and operational personnel will be a key aspect of your responsibilities. To succeed in this role, you should have 4 to 6 years of experience in Availability Management. A two-year college degree or equivalent work experience in a related field is required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, is essential. Experience with reporting and query tools like SQL, Cognos, Crystal Reports, or Tableau would be advantageous. A continuous improvement mindset and attention to detail are also important qualities for this position.
