Automotive Test Engineer (Software & System)

As an experienced individual with 3 to 7 years of expertise in Automotive Testing, Hil Testing, SIL Testing, SWE5, SWE6, Sys4, and Sys5, you will play a crucial role in the analysis and evaluation of various test concepts. Your responsibilities will include assessing the test basis such as user requirements, specifications, and models to ensure testability. You will be tasked with creating test definitions utilizing current test design methods and adhering to state-of-the-art documentation specifications outlined in ISO/IEC/IEEE - 29119. Additionally, you will contribute to designing the test environment, preparing or requesting test data, and executing tests at all levels while maintaining detailed logs of the process. Following the testing phase, you will be responsible for evaluating the test results, analyzing any deviations, and documenting the findings. Your role will also involve utilizing test administration or test management tools, implementing test monitoring tools, and collaborating with developers or test automation experts to automate testing procedures. Furthermore, you will be required to measure the performance and efficiency of components and systems to ensure optimal functionality.
