Automotive Service Technician-Trainer

Key Skills Required:

- Strong technical knowledge in EV Systems, BS VI engines, automotive service &

diagnostics.

- Hands-on skills with tools, diagnostic equipment, and workshop practices.

- Ability to design engaging training sessions with both theory and practical focus.

- Good communication, mentoring, and leadership skills.

- Ability to manage resources, consumables, and training labs effectively.

Job Summary & Key Responsibilities:

1. Training & Delivery

- Impart practical skills to trainees in auto repair and service industry.

- Ensure trainee safety and effective operation of equipment in the workshop.

- Develop and deliver training materials, modules, PPTs, and demonstrations.

- Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, practical tests, and

feedback.

- Stay updated with latest automotive trends, EV technologies, BS VI systems, and industry

best practices.

2. Automobile Workshop & Lab Management

- Manage and upgrade automotive training labs, tools, and equipment as per industry

standards.

- Ensure timely procurement and availability of training consumables, spare parts, and lab

materials.

- Maintain equipment in good working condition through preventive maintenance.

- Introduce new technologies, simulators, and diagnostic tools in the training lab.

3. Collaboration & Mobilization

- Collaborate with management to assess training needs and implement effective strategies.

- Mobilize candidates through referrals, outreach, and awareness sessions.

- Network with industries, service centers, and OEMs for OJT, industrial visits, and

placement opportunities.

4. Administration & Compliance

- Prepare and maintain training records, attendance, and trainee performance reports.

- Ensure adherence to training quality, safety standards, and compliance norms.

- Support in audits, inspections, and accreditation processes as required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
