Role Description

Service Engineer/ Service Advisor:

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Automotive Service Advisor. The position is located in Visakhapatnam. The Automotive Service Advisor will be responsible for coordinating vehicle maintenance and repair services, ensuring customer satisfaction, communicating with clients about their vehicle needs, and providing exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Skills in Vehicle Maintenance and Automotive Repair
• Proven ability to deliver Customer Satisfaction and exceptional Customer Service
• Excellent Communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Experience in the automotive industry is preferred
• High School diploma or equivalent; further education in automotive technology or related field is an asset
