Automotive Parts Sales Consultant

The role of an Auto Parts Sales Consultant based in Muscat, Oman requires a candidate with a qualification of DAE/DME/BE in Automobile and a minimum of 2 years of experience in the Automobile Spare Parts Division. As an Auto Parts Sales Consultant, your responsibilities will include managing and maintaining parts inventory, assisting customers in finding the appropriate parts for their vehicles, ordering parts from suppliers, collaborating with service technicians to identify necessary parts, processing returns and warranties, monitoring inventory levels, reordering parts as needed, conducting regular audits for inventory accuracy, and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a customer-centric approach.
