As an Automotive Embedded Systems Consultant, you will integrate the company's Automotive Engineering capabilities with your deep industry knowledge to provide game-changing solutions and roadmaps to clients. Reporting directly to the CEO and based in Bengaluru, your key responsibilities and functions will include: - Strategic Advisory & Thought Leadership: - Serve as a Strategic Advisor to promote Automotive Embedded Systems capabilities to large Automotive OEMs and Tier Ones globally. - Client & Business Development: - Support Consulting practice by contributing to pre-sales activities, proposal development, RFP responses, and creating POCs and MVPs customized for the energy sector. - Contribute to practice growth, service innovation, and go-to-market strategies. - Domain Expertise & Solutions Architecture: - Enhance Efficiency and Productivity of Automotive Product Engineering Operations for clients. - Design AI/ML-driven business and technology solutions. - Apply hands-on experience with global vehicle programs and contemporary technologies in Automotive Engineering. - Program Delivery & Governance: - Assist in transformation programs related to Vehicle Embedded Systems, Feature-Based Product Engineering, and Software-Defined Vehicles. - Advise on governance frameworks, risk mitigation plans, and performance metrics. - Ensure alignment with Automotive protocols and quality standards like ISO, AutoSAR, and ASPICE. Key Qualifications: - Bachelors, Masters, or PhD in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics Engineering. - 20+ years of experience in global Automotive Engineering sector with consulting, operational, and executive-level roles. - Demonstrated leadership in global transformation programs or strategy consulting. - Comprehensive knowledge and experience in Automotive Product Engineering from Requirements Engineering to Start of Production.,
