Job Description

Sales executive/ Sales Officer / Guest Experience Manager- Sales   1. Identifying and contacting potential customers. 2. Understanding customer needs and recommending suitable vehicles. 3. Conducting product demonstrations and test drives. 4. Negotiating prices and terms of sales agreements. 5. Processing sales paperwork and ensuring accurate documentation. 6. Providing excellent customer service before, during, and after the sale. 7. Meeting sales targets and objectives set by the dealership or company. 8. Keeping up-to-date with product knowledge, market trends, and competitor offerings. 9. Collaborating with other departments, such as finance and service, to ensure a seamless customer experience. 10. Following up with customers for feedback and potential future sales opportunities.
