Automobile Sales Executive

As our Sales Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. You will play a critical role in understanding their needs, explaining our services, and helping them choose the best detailing package for their vehicle. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who loves cars, has a knack for sales, and thrives in a dynamic environment. Responsibilities: Greet customers warmly and professionally, both in person and over the phone. Clearly explain our range of detailing services, including pricing and the benefits of each package. Actively listen to customers to understand their specific needs and recommend suitable services. Generate new leads and follow up on inquiries to convert them into sales. Maintain a high level of product knowledge regarding all detailing services, products, and techniques. Schedule appointments and manage the detailing calendar efficiently. Process payments and maintain accurate records of all transactions. Collaborate with the detailing team to ensure a seamless customer experience. Contribute to the overall cleanliness and organization of the studio. Qualifications: Proven experience in a sales or customer service role. Experience in the automotive or detailing industry is a plus but not required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. You should be comfortable and confident speaking with a wide range of people. A passion for cars and an understanding of car care. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency with basic computer applications.
