Automobile Product ambassador

You will serve as the ambassador of our product River Indie, engaging customers walking into our store and maintaining the best Google ratings. You will address any questions related to River, our product Indie, including specs, performance, and accessories. Building strong rapport with customers and maintaining customer experience as per predefined standards will be crucial. Your responsibilities will also include guiding customers to place pre-orders, ensuring they are well informed, capturing customer feedback, and continuously working on improving the customer experience. It is essential to stay updated with industry information and competitor offerings. Participation in micro-market activations such as events at malls and apartments is expected.
