Job Description

We are looking for a seasoned Automation Architect to lead enterprise-wide intelligent automation initiatives. The role demands strategic thinking and hands-on expertise in RPA platforms like Automation Anywhere, Power Automate, or UiPath.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement scalable automation solutions aligned with business and IT goals.
Lead RPA architecture and development using major platforms.
Define standards, best practices, and governance models.
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
Ensure security, compliance, and performance across automation deployments.
Optimize existing workflows and stay updated on automation and AI trends.

Required Qualifications

Bachelors in Computer Science or related field.
7+ years in IT, with 5+ years in automation architecture.
Hands-on experience with Automation Anywhere, Power Automate, or UiPath.
Proficiency in scripting (Python, JavaScript, VBScript), APIs, databases, and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
Strong understanding of SDLC and agile methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications

RPA certifications (e.g., UiPath Advanced Developer, Automation Anywhere Master).
Experience with AI/ML integration and process mining tools (Celonis, Power BI).
Familiarity with DevOps and CI/CD for automation.
Experience managing Automation CoEs.
