Job Description

Java Solution Architect

Key Responsibilities:

Define, design, and implement scalable and secure application architectures using
Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices
.
Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to translate requirements into robust technical solutions.
Lead and mentor development teams to ensure adherence to architectural best practices and coding standards.
Evaluate and recommend tools, frameworks, and emerging technologies aligned with business needs.
Drive end-to-end solution delivery, from proof of concept to production deployment.
Ensure system performance, scalability, and reliability through effective design and reviews.
Work closely with DevOps, QA, and product teams to streamline continuous integration and delivery processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

12+ years of experience in software development and architecture design.
Deep expertise in
Core Java, Spring, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture
.
Strong understanding of
RESTful APIs, Cloud (AWS/Azure), and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
.
Experience with
design patterns, system integration, and enterprise-level solutioning
.
Proficiency in database design and performance tuning (SQL/NoSQL).
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
