Job Description

Key Responsibilities: • Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver with Java. • Build and maintain robust automation frameworks (e.g., TestNG, JUnit, Maven, etc.). • Work closely with developers, business analysts, and manual testers to understand application features and functionalities. • Perform regression testing, integration testing, and system testing. • Identify, report, and track defects using tools like JIRA or equivalent. • Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and review meetings in Agile/Scrum environments. • Maintain and improve existing test suites and frameworks. • Contribute to continuous integration and continuous testing pipelines (e.g., Jenkins). Required Skills & Qualifications: • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. • 3+ years of hands-on experience in automation testing using Selenium and Java. • Strong knowledge of OOP concepts and proficiency in Java programming. • Experience with test frameworks like TestNG, JUnit, or Cucumber. • Good understanding of version control systems like Git. • Familiarity with build tools like Maven or Gradle. • Knowledge of API testing tools like Postman or REST Assured is a plus. • Good problem-solving and debugging skills. • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
