Bachelor degree in engineering or other relevant discipline
4-8+ years of experience on test discipline, test strategy, test automation
Experience in healthcare industry is preferred.
Hands on Experience with automation framework development is preferred
Very strong Programming skills (preferably C#) is a must.
Good experience on automation tools, scripting languages is required
Expertise in automation test strategy, test design skills and should be able to guide the team.
Strong work Experience with BDD, Gherkin, Specflow, Visual Studio, N unit framework and API testing is a must.
Strong experience in Software life cycle management tools like ALM/TFS used for Verification activities.
Should Possess good knowledge in functional, performance, reliability and load testing through automation.
Should Possess good knowledge in development, testing and debugging skills is a must
Good understanding of the defect management procedures and tools.
Good understanding of configuration management & related tools is required.
Good understanding/experience in SAFe way of working.
Excellent communication and documentation skills
Shall possess good influencing skills
Proactive and self-driven
Shall be very good technically
possess systems mindset and good problem solving abilities
Coaching capabilities, Openness to collaborate in interest of project/organization
