Automation Test Lead

Description We are seeking an experienced Automation Test Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of automation testers and ensuring the quality of our software products. This is a full-time position based in India. Responsibilities Lead and manage a team of automation testers Develop and implement automation test strategies, test plans, and test cases Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks and scripts Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve defects and issues Manage testing schedules and ensure timely delivery of test results Provide regular reports and updates to stakeholders on testing progress and results Continuously improve the automation testing process and tools Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field 5-9 years of experience in automation testing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role Experience with automation testing tools such as Selenium, Appium, and JMeter Experience with programming languages such as Java, Python, or C# Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices Excellent leadership and communication skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment ISTQB certification is a plus
