JD for Test Automation Engineer Position: Test Automation Engineer To further strengthen and expand our team at Securiton India, we are looking for a Test Automation Engineer with at least 1 year of hands-on experience in any of test automation tool. You will join our QA team to develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts using robot framework to ensure the quality and stability of our products. This is a great opportunity to grow your skills in test automation and contribute to real-world projects in an agile environment. Required Experience Experience : 1+ years of experience in the Test Automation Engineer. Technology & Tools Any automation testing tool (Candidate having knowledge of Robot Framework preferred) Preferred Professional Certifications ISTQB Required Skills Test Automation Must have a minimum of 1+ years of experience with stronghold in implementing automated testing solutions. Experience with the automation of web applications. Experience with focus on QA processes and methodologies. Experience in test case documentation. Experience testing concepts and tools. Experience on test effort estimation and scheduling. Personal Strong problem-solving attitude, good troubleshooting skills, out-of-the-box thinking, and team player qualities. Effective communication and the ability to empower team members. Excellent verbal, written, presentation and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and manage changing priorities. Capable of working in a hybrid team environment. Motivated to learn and apply new concepts and technologies. Others Experience working within an agile development process (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) from the test design, test automation and execution perspective. Job Description Develop reusable test automation scripts. Analyze test reports. Analyze system log files as needed. Manage test automation coverage. Understand the features and functionality of the application under testing. Participate in sprint planning, stories estimate, backlog refinement, retrospective, and bug triage meeting.
