Role Overview: We seek an experienced Automation Specialist skilled in designing, implementing, and managing cutting-edge automations across the company. Youll leverage powerful no-code and low-code automation tools like Zapier, Make.com, Gumloop.com, n8n.io, and Activepieces.com, as well as Voice AI technologies, Agentic AI, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), to streamline operations and optimize efficiency. Required Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field. 3+ years' experience in automation. Proven proficiency with no-code/low-code automation platforms like Zapier, Make.com, Gumloop.com, n8n.io, and Activepieces.com. Experience implementing Voice AI technologies and conversational AI systems. Familiarity with Agentic AI frameworks and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG). Strong workflow design, data integration, and API integration skills. Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Independent, proactive, and capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Preferred Qualifications: Experience scripting in Python or JavaScript. Familiarity with cloud-based platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) Understanding of AI model training, fine-tuning, or integration. Key Responsibilities: Design, build, and manage automation workflows using no-code/low-code tools. Integrate and deploy advanced Voice AI solutions to enhance operational interactions. Implement Agentic AI solutions and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) technologies to improve internal productivity. Collaborate closely with technical teams to ensure successful automation implementation and adoption. Monitor automations, troubleshoot issues, and continuously optimize performance.
