Role Overview: As a QA Automation Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of releases by designing, developing, and maintaining automated test scripts for UI and API testing. Your collaboration with developers, product managers, and QA team members will be essential to achieve high-quality releases. You will participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and CI activities, integrating automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline seamlessly. Timely reporting of bugs and failures, along with close collaboration with the development team, will be a key responsibility. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for UI and API testing. - Collaborate with developers, product managers, and QA team members. - Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and continuous integration activities. - Integrate automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline. - Timely reporting of bugs/failures and close collaboration with the development team. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. - Minimum of 4+ years of experience in software testing with a focus on test automation. - Strong understanding of test automation framework development. - Knowledge of UI automation tools like Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, etc. - Strong knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Groovy, Python, etc. - Basic knowledge of version control tools like git, bitbucket. - Good understanding of API testing using tools like RestAssured. - Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies. - Excellent analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.,
