Job Description

We are looking for a skilled professional with 5-15 years of experience in Software Testing to join our team as an Automation Tester. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of the Software Testing Lifecycle (STLC) and experience in coding using Core Java and Selenium.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and integrate good acceptance and integration test automation scripts with Continuous Integration tools like Jenkins or Bamboo.
Lead multiple test paths simultaneously, utilizing strong organizational and problem-solving skills with great attention to detail.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing requirements.
Design and implement automated tests using API and BDD frameworks.
Analyze and troubleshoot defects found during testing, working closely with development teams to resolve issues.
Participate in test planning and estimations, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality results.

Job Requirements

Minimum 5-15 years of experience in Software Testing, with a strong understanding of the Software Testing Lifecycle (STLC).
Proficiency in coding using Core Java and Selenium, along with experience in API and BDD frameworks.
Experience with test strategies and frameworks such as JBehave or Cucumber.
Strong knowledge of SQL, UNIX, and communication principles, with basic knowledge of REST and JSON.
Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
Strong leadership skills, including the ability to lead multiple test paths simultaneously.
Good experience in software development to build and use automation frameworks using technologies: Java, Selenium, Cucumber, JBehave, Soap UI, REST, and JSON.
Experience in JBehave or BDD (Cucumber) framework.
Experience in test planning and estimations.
Experience in API Testing - Understanding of client-server architecture and communication principles.
Basic knowledge of SQL, UNIX - Knowledge of Selenium scripts, and Jenkins is an added advantage.
