Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement
PLC programs
for automated control systems, ensuring efficient and reliable operation of industrial machinery and processes.
Design, configure, and maintain
SCADA systems
to monitor and control industrial operations in real-time.
Integrate and calibrate
instrumentation systems
using tools such as
Dewe Soft
and
Ncode
for data acquisition and analysis.
Utilize
Python
for system automation, data processing, and interfacing with IoT devices.
Design and implement
IoT solutions
using
Node-RED
and
Arduino IDE
for prototyping and data-driven decision-making.
Develop and maintain
Single Line Diagrams (SLD)
for electrical distribution systems and automation setups.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of control systems, instrumentation, and data acquisition platforms.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues in both hardware and software components of the automation systems.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and best practices in automation and control systems.

Required Skills:

Proficiency in
PLC Programming
(Siemens, Allen Bradley, etc.) and industrial automation tools.
Strong experience with
SCADA systems
and real-time monitoring solutions.
Familiarity with
Dewe Soft instrumentation
and
EDAQ TCE
for data collection and signal processing.
Expertise in
Python
for scripting, automation, and data analysis.
Knowledge of
Node-RED
for building automation flows and integrating IoT devices.
Hands-on experience with
Arduino IDE
for embedded systems and prototyping.
Understanding of
Single Line Diagrams (SLD)
and electrical control systems.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in
Electrical Engineering
,
Electronics & Telecommunication
,
Automation Engineering
, or a related field.
Experience in
IoT projects
, industrial data analysis, and automation solutions.
Knowledge of
networking protocols
(Modbus, OPC, MQTT) for industrial communication.
