Automation Engineer

We are looking for a highly skilled Automation Engineer proficient in Selenium, Java, Python, and Robot Framework. With a minimum of three years of experience, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing automated test scripts to ensure application quality and reliability. Collaboration with development teams is essential to create robust automation solutions and improve testing frameworks and methodologies continuously. Your responsibilities will include developing, maintaining, and executing automated test scripts using Selenium, Robot Framework, Java, and Python. You will design and implement test automation frameworks and strategies, identify, document, and track defects using test management tools, and collaborate with development and QA teams for seamless integration of automated tests. Analyzing test results, reporting issues, recommending improvements, and enhancing CI/CD pipelines for automated testing are crucial aspects of this role. Staying updated with automation testing tools and methodologies is essential, and providing technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members may be required. The ideal candidate should possess over three years of automation testing experience, proficiency in Selenium WebDriver for UI automation, strong programming skills in Java and Python, hands-on experience with Robot Framework, and familiarity with test management tools like JIRA or TestRail. Additionally, knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or GitLab CI/CD, understanding of Agile methodologies, experience in REST API testing and automation, and familiarity with cloud-based test execution platforms are desired.
